Galleon Ortigas Towers will stand 75-story each (at least 400 meters high) along the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Avenue in the Ortigas Center, Pasig City. This mixed-use development of modern contemporary design will have for sale office units, residential units, and retail spaces that are a unique offering within the core of the Central Business District of Ortigas.
The towers will be the flagship project of property developer Ortigas & Co. Ltd. Partnership (OCLP), also known as the Ortigas & Co., one of the oldest real estate developers in the country. The offices at The Galleon was launched in July 2019 and the first to be offered to the market. The first to rise is the Galleon’s office building called “The Offices at the Galleon”. This will be a 31-level office tower customized for the needs of diverse commerce; including multinational, conglomerates, or professional firms. Moreover, the office tower will be shared with residential units and there will be two levels of podium complex that will house food and retail shops catering to the needs of office workers, guests, and residents. The whole project will cost Ortigas & Co. Php11 billion worth of office property stock for firms that chose to own, instead of renting, their business address.
